I’m truly excited about my upcoming appointment. I recently moved to the Carrollton area from Austin and happened to meet the manager of this location while at a gas station. I was asking for restaurant recommendations, and our conversation naturally led to dental care. He mentioned he had something in his car for me and returned with a small toothbrush pouch and a card with information on how to book an appointment. I shared my past experiences with dentists who overcharged and underdelivered, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to pressure me in any way. Instead, he spoke thoughtfully about the practice’s focus on whole-body health and how it begins with oral care. From there, the conversation flowed naturally. If the manager is this patient-focused, genuine, and approachable, I can only imagine how wonderful the rest of the team must be. He is an excellent representation of the company, and I’m really looking forward to my visit.

I highly recommend this office and their staff. Dr. Daifallah is highly knowledgeable and takes his time to listen to the patient and provide personalized care. My dental hyegenist Courtney was also great. I felt comfortable the entire time and had no discomfort. It was a wonderful experience all around!

The worst part of having a root canal is paying $$$ for it but the best part is having it done by Dr. Romero. Absolutely no pain, he is SO skilled, very caring and professional. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming and the hygienist was very calm, caring and efficient. Plus, Dr. Wang gave me a painless extraction last year, so I highly recommend this Dental Office in Carrollton. Well done.
