Yesterday, I cracked my lower molar and walked into Carrollton Modern Dentistry without an appointment, expecting a long wait or a referral. Instead, I was immediately welcomed and taken care of by Dr. Daifallah and his outstanding team. Within 2 hours, not only did he examine and treat my cracked molar, but he also gave me a complimentary crown on it completely free of charge. On top of that, he crafted and placed another brand-new crown for my upper canine, all within the same visit. No waiting two weeks for lab-made crowns, everything was done in-house, same day, and with absolute precision and care. I walked in with a problem and walked out feeling relieved, cared for, and genuinely amazed. Huge shout-out to Dr. Daifallah for his generosity and expertise, Kennedei (his Dental Assistant) for being so kind and supportive throughout the process, and Nicholas, who also stepped in to assist the team seamlessly. Everyone made me feel like a priority. This team doesn’t just provide dental care, they deliver exceptional experiences. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you all, you were awesome.
